World Tourism Day 2021 – September 27th

World-Tourism-Day-2021

TOURISM FOR INCLUSIVE GROWTH!

World Tourism Day is celebrated globally each year on 27 September to foster awareness of tourism’s social, cultural, political, and economic value and the contribution that the sector can make towards reaching the Sustainable Development Goals. This year’s theme is Tourism for Inclusive Growth. Look beyond tourism statistics and realize that behind the numbers are people. The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), a specialized agency of the United Nations, invites everyone on earth to celebrate tourism’s unique ability to ensure that no one is left behind as the world begins to open up again after COVID-19 and look to the future.
